MY STORY
I was nine years old, ill and in pain, when my grandmother gently placed her hand over my liver. The pain softened and something in me changed forever. I never forgot the power of that moment.
It was my first experience of what I now know to be true - that the body has an innate capacity to heal. That energy moves through us in ways we don't always have words for and sometimes the most profound medicine is simply presence, and love.
I grew up in France, surrounded by herbal medicine and homeopathy, with that knowing quietly planted in me. It would take years, losses, challenges, and one profound brush with death before I fully understood what my grandmother had shown me that day.
But the seed was always there. Each practice opened a new door. And behind every door was the same discovery - that the body knows. Healing is innate and we are far more powerful than we've been taught to believe.
I studied not to become an expert, but to become a better guide, for myself first, then for others.
Then in 2015, my journey took a profound turn. I faced a serious illness, one that brought me to the edge of life and back. A near-death experience cracked me open. In the stillness that followed, I reevaluated everything. I began to see life not just as something to live, but something to cherish. Slowly, my path became clear. I said yes not only to my own healing, but to helping others rediscover their light.
What began as a personal healing journey became a vocation. Today, I’m devoted to the healing arts, blending lived experience with Reiki, Meditation, Vibrational energy work, Intuitive Coaching, and Sound Healing
My work is grounded in creating safe, intentional spaces for transformation where you can reconnect with your truth, release what no longer serves you, explore new possibilities, and return to the heart of who you are with clarity, courage, and compassion
