Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses vibrational frequencies to restore harmony in the body, mind, and spirit.
I work with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls—each made with pure quartz and infused with precious elements like gold, rose quartz, or platinum. Their tones resonate deeply within the body, clearing blockages, calming the nervous system, and promoting natural healing.
What to expect
In a sound healing session, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as the bowls are played intuitively around your body and energy field. You may experience:
